Dear Friends and Supporters of African Dream,

In 2009, we embarked on a journey to transform the lives of economically challenged youths, women, and communities across Cameroon. Our vision has always been to unlock potentials and empower people to take charge of their economic destinies. Today, as we reflect on our path and look towards the future, I am filled with hope for what lies ahead.

Youth unemployment remains one of the most pressing challenges in our society. Over 70% of Cameroonians are under the age of 35, and many lack opportunities that allow them to harness their potential. This is not just a statistic; it is a call to action. It is a call that African Dream has answered with commitment and determination.

Through our work in microfinance, entrepreneurship, social business, and community economic development, we are changing lives and rewriting stories. Our capacity-building and skills development equips young people with the tools they need to thrive. By providing access to finance, we enable dynamic entrepreneurship that drives economic growth and innovation.

We pay special attention to the most vulnerable among us—teen mothers, who often face insurmountable challenges. Our programs are designed to help them reintegrate into the workforce and secure a better future for themselves and their children.

Our strategic pillars guide us in this mission. From capacity-building and skills development to community engagement and economic development, we are creating a sustainable and prosperous future. We advocate for policies that support youth employment and economic empowerment, ensuring that our impact is felt at the highest levels.
